Bank Fintech Fusion Conference evolved from the successful Bankers Fintech Council program, which is a partnership between Arizona, New Jersey, and Wisconsin Bankers Associations and CCG Fintech.

Evan is a former state insurance, banking, and fintech regulator who now advises financial institutions, financial services companies, and insurance companies on regulatory strategy and dealing with state and federal regulatory agencies in various contexts. Before private practice, Evan served as Director of the Arizona Department of Insurance & Financial Institutions, where Evan established a national profile through membership on the Conference of State Banking Supervisors Fintech Steering Committee and as Co-Vice Chair of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners standing committee on Innovation, Cybersecurity, and Technology. Before leading the Arizona Department, Evan also served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, where he led Arizona’s first-in-the-nation regulatory sandbox program for fintech. Evan has expertise in insurance and financial services licensing, compliance, UDAP investigatory matters, innovation policy, and regulatory decision-making regarding technology, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and digital assets.
Kristy Siefkin
Kristy is an Executive Communications and Media Coach who has trained top talent at companies like Cloudflare, CBRE, HP, JE Dunn, Thermo Fisher, Charles Schwab and Goodwill. Her private coaching and workshops focus on mastering spoken communication – from sales and venture funding pitches, to keynote speeches, to national media appearances.
Kristy is also a professional emcee and keynote speaker who has taken the stage for organizations like Society for Human Resources Management, Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week, The Business Journals, Healthcare Financial Management Association, and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
Kristy spent nearly 20 years as a national media spokesperson and Emmy-recognized journalist, news anchor, and host, broadcasting on networks like NBC, CBS, Fox, Animal Planet and Discovery.

JOHN IANNARELLI
FBI Special Agent (Ret.)
John Iannarelli served 20 years as an FBI Special Agent and was the FBI’s national spokesperson. His investigative work included the Oklahoma City Bombing, the 9/11 attack, the shooting of Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, the Sony hack. He is the recipient of the FBI Director’s Distinguished Service Award, as well as an Honorary Doctor of Computer Science. After retiring from the FBI, John was an NFL Security Representative, overseeing game-day security of players, fans, and the stadium throughout the football season and during the Super Bowl.
John is a former Police Officer, attorney, author of five books and a highly sought-after keynote speaker who has presented to Fortune 500 companies, domestic and international audiences, the United Nations, and the Vatican, where he has personally met on several occasions with Pope Francis.
